The new production plant MR2
In september, Meccanica rhodense has opened the new production plant, MR2, a structure thought and organized also for the realization and assembling of big dimension products.
The extension of the production dept. follows a specific development strategy and will allow the company to satisfy an increasing number of requests and perform the most elaborate manufacturing processes thus improving the quality standard, that has always been the main asset.

HISTORY
Meccanica Rhodense history
Meccanica Rhodense has been working in the air control sector for 45 years, thus acquiring a very deep experience applied in our high-quality products. This allowed us to establish our company as an important international reality, that is working to obtain the TUV certification of the products according to the SIL rules. We are today showing a new image, but the products and services offered remain still the same of those our customers are used to. Meccanica Rhodense was established in 1962 as little craft specialized in the production of components for the air flows regulation; the main products are dampers, valves and accessories for civil installations in the conditioning sector. starting from year 1983 the company has been producing special products for industrial applications, and in 1992 started the production of a highly indutrial product lines also for very specific use in the air treatment. in 2001 Meccanica Rhodense took over komind, a company producing semifinished carpentry, thus creating a group of streamlined and reliable companies, always keeping the main features such as flexibility, availability, and expertice. In 2008 Meccanica Rhodense has opened the new production plant, MR2, a structure thought and organized also for the realization and assembling of big dimension products. The productive headquarters of both Meccanica Rhodense and Komind are located in the industrial area of Rho, strategic area north of Milan. the companies works in 3000 sq. m. area (2500 sq. m. for the productive plants and 400 sq. m. for the commercial, administrative and technical offices) divided into 3 buildings.
